StoreSteer

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how StoreSteer (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and stores information when you use https://mrrhub.kerweb.app and related companion apps.

Account data

When you create an account we store your email address and authentication identifiers provided by Supabase Auth. Passwords are handled by Supabase and are not stored in plaintext by StoreSteer.

Google OAuth (Play reports)

If you connect Google Play via “Google Account”, we request access to your Google account email and read-only access to Google Cloud Storage objects needed to download Play Console bulk reports (scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/devstorage.read_only). We store a refresh token on our servers so we can fetch reports on your behalf. We do not sell this data. You can revoke access at any time in Google Account → Security → Third-party access, and/or remove the connection in StoreSteer Settings.

Apple App Store Connect

If you upload App Store Connect API credentials (.p8 key, issuer ID, key ID, vendor number), those secrets are stored in our database for your organization so the server can call Apple APIs. Prefer invite-based connection when available to avoid uploading keys.

Metrics & caches

We store aggregated metrics snapshots and report caches associated with your organization to improve performance. These caches are used only to provide the product to you.

No sale of personal data

We do not sell your personal information or store credentials to third-party advertisers.

Retention & deletion

Data is retained while your account is active. You may delete store connections and request account deletion; associated credentials and caches will be removed from our systems subject to normal backup retention windows.

Security

Access to your data requires authentication. API routes enforce organization ownership. Keep your account password secure and revoke store access when no longer needed.

Contact

For privacy questions, contact the developer at the support email configured on your StoreSteer account, or via the contact details shown on the Google OAuth consent screen.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
